I had great communication with the host prior to checking in and after I checked in. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything downtown. It is pet friendly. If you have a small dog, watch out for the gap under the back gate. I’m still dreaming of reading by the fireplace! The kitchen great as well.

Roomy enough for 4 but only 1 bathroom. Great for a couple with a pet. We enjoyed the park across the street and easy walk to town. The park had a fair going on, so it was a fun activity to participate in. Cute town, all very accessible from this home. Also had a small office space, great for those of us working remotely. Toasty warm electric fireplace in winter in the living room. We saw pronghorn deer in the park and some ambled over to the side yard! Note, there is at least one uneven floor joint - a caution for anyone with balance or walking issues.

This is a very adorable property. The owners think of every comfort and are super easy to work with. Condition of unit is perfect - appliances and amenities are first rate. All instructions are clear. Super nice location in the middle of everything in this adorable mountain town. We will definitely consider a return visit. Vibe is so cute. A perfect place for us.

This newly remodeled property was perfect for our stay in Salida. The house was comfortable and very well equipped. And what a lovely surprise to find dog treats and a fight card to a local bakery when we arrived. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in town and enjoyed walking the city trail along the river.

Wonderful property in the historic area of Salida. Perfect for 1-4 people and pets are welcome. The home has recently been remodeled. Very nice and very comfortable! Beautiful park right across the street, many bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops all within walking distance. Not to mention the lovely Arkansas River with great walking paths. Do not pass this one up!

Cannot beat the location. The house has a park across the street. The property was perfect for our dog ( fenced in yard). Every item had a purpose in the rental to insure convenience. Clean and very cozy.

Beautiful house, pleasant short walk from all the fun stuff. Nice kitchen. Loved the easy to open and close windows. The mattress was quite good. It was fun to sit on the front porch and watch all the activity at the park across the street.

Couldn’t have been more perfect! The central location, amenities, tasteful decor and outdoor spaces all contributed to a stay that provided all the comfort and convenience we had hoped for. The host was very thoughtful and even left treats and a bowl of water out for our dog.
