New Belgium cruiser bikes available to cruise the river. Cable TV. Table and chairs on the front porch overlooking the private fenced front yard on F St. The home is the perfect home base to explore the Arkansas Valley and an ideal place to stay in and sample the local fare. Get the true Salida experience by staying in the middle of it all. #0531 The space 2 Bedrooms 1.5 bath. Bedroom One has a Queen bed and a 1/2 bath. Bedroom Two has a King bed and closet. Open floor plan. Large updated kitchen w/ new appliances. Guest access Shared common area in the fenced backyard. There's a carriage house with two other units in the back of the property. The front porch facing F street with table and seating is fenced and private to this unit Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 1 queen bed Bedroom 2 1 king bed Common spaces 1 sofa bed Accessibility: Step-free access to the bedroom Step-free access to the bathroom The neighborhood 3 blocks to the river and walking distance to all the restaurants, galleries, bars and shops in Salida. Quiet in the evenings but close to the action No pets No smoking, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM Dear Prospective Guest Beginning in 2023, the City of Salida has imposed an increase on the nightly lodging tax from $3.66/room/night to $15/room/night. Unfortunately, this increase is out of our control. We, as hosts, are doing everything we can to impress upon the City of Salida, its leaders and community, that tourism is a vital part of the local economy and should not be unreasonably taxed. However, as the current law stands, we are required to collect and remit this additional fee or risk revocation of our license. What a great house. Everything you need is in walking distance except the mountain. Very clean and awesome.

Located in the heart of Salida! Walk out the door and you are a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and Riverside Park! Beds are comfortable, updated bathroom and kitchen. TV with streaming services in every room.

Great house, lots of character, property management was great. Just one shower if that will be an issue for you. Walk to everything in town.

Nice place to stay in Salida, in a perfect location. Clean, updated, and comfortable. Check the details of the sleeping arrangements carefully. We expected a sleeper sofa but found a large non-sleeper sofa instead. Worked fine for us, just be aware if you are counting on that third bed.

We loved being so close to downtown. Property was mostly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at one of their properties again when we return to Salida.

Best location we could have gotten. Close to the river and every place we wanted to go. Great neighbors. Couldn't ask for more.

House was very well kept and clean. Location was better than we could have expected, right in the heart of Salida. A short walk to restaurants, bars and the grocery. If we're ever back in Salida THIS is where we will stay. Caleb was great to work with, very responsive to messages and texts!
