A central location just off the interstate, the house is minutes from Elon University (7 miles), downtown Burlington, Saxapahaw River Mill Village, LabCorp and the Tanger Outlets in Mebane. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from owner and pay additional $29 per pet fee. -When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $25. -Unapproved early check-ins and/or late check-outs will result in a discretionary charge of $49 per hour. -An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages. -The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair. -Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.
