The rooms are big and the kitchenette well-equipped. They even provided us with a portable aircon, which was highly appreciated considering the heat in Europe this year. Laundry is also free of charge with two washing machines and two dryers provided in the 3rd and 4th floors. Communication is also quick and efficient. Though there is no reception desk, the manager is quick to reply whether by text or a personal call.
The building is also located very near a public swimming pool which does not charge any entrance fee. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town.

Absolute value for money, nice beds and linen, well equipped kitchen.
There is, or was no guide to using the TV.
For someone like me wanting to watch classic TV channels and not netflix or sky, not possible to navigate to it.

The location was acceptable a short distance from buses and trams.
We were able to park outside the property but there are no parking spaces (as described in the property details).
The electronic code for the apartment door worked well and saves having a physical key.
No reception just intercom, main door left open 24/7.
A basic and uncomfortable apartment.
The glass bathroom door had a large gap when closed.
The fussy light switch controlling both the bedside lights and curtains failed twice in 2 days. The manager suggested it was our fault!
