Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this lovely condo for $628 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to "Bikini Bottom Topsail"! Ocean front 3 bedroom 3 full bath in the Villa Capriani Resort. One story condo with an elevator, situated on the top floor with views of both the beach and pools. Large private balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating. THE SPACE ★ Two master suites, both with private baths and king size beds. ★ Third bedroom for the kids with two bunks (4 beds). ★ TVs in all bedrooms and living room. ★ Spectrum cable and free Wifi. DVD player in the living room. ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Onsite restaurant and bar with amazing views ★ Largest oceanfront pool in NC ★ Multiple pools and hot tubs ★ Washer and dryer in unit All linens provided and included in cleaning fee. Linens folded and placed on beds for bunk beds. We also provide beach towels but those must be laundered by guest if used. Doorbell camera for security. **Pools are open April 1 - October 31** **Hot Tubs are open year round** **Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm** Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers you up to $1,500 in damages. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. Oct. 23-27, 2023 Loved every minute. The place was so clean, well appointed, a lot of attention to detail and plenty of space for 6 ladies. The oceanfront view was gorgeous with the sunrises and sunsets and dolphins!

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. All of the finishes and furniture gave the whole place a luxurious feel. The property is out on a front corner of the building and the proximity of the beach is amazing, you hear the ocean from every room. The entire pool/hot tub complex is also very beautiful with nice landscaping. We will be visiting again.

My wife and I had a wonderful week at N. Topsail Beach. The party beach it was not. For us older folks, we loved the family friendly beach and quiet neighborhood. The on site restaurant was a plus. We would love to return.

This was the perfect place to spend time at the beach with friends and family. The views from the unit were amazing. The layout was ideal for spending time together and also having quiet spaces we could retreat to in the evenings.

We chose this property for the proximity to the ocean and pool, the ease of having a wonderful unobstructed view, and the elevator to accommodate my grandmother. We loved our stay! Bikini bottom offered everything we needed or could have wanted 😊

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds/couch/pillows were all so comfortable. We arrived to find a clean and inviting space. The unit was perfect for my husband and I who were traveling with our son's family. We had such a lovely time at Bikini Bottom and we enjoyed every minute. The view was spectacular, and we all spent a lot of time on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. The unit was spacious, providing private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone as well as ample family space for meals, playing games, or watching TV. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The overall facility was also beautiful. Not only did we enjoy the private beach, but the pools were wonderful. The property was nicely landscaped and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying at Bikini Bottom. We hope to return soon!

Very quiet, relaxing, peaceful location. At least the weekend we were there. Condo was perfect, lots of space, lots of extras, and everything we needed for the perfect beach get-away. Owners responded to our multiple questions/etc promptly, just things like- is it ok to rent a movie, can we stay longer, etc.. always available, which was very nice of them. Can’t wait to visit again!!!

This is an amazing condo with so many amenities and extras! I have been staying at this resort for many, many years and this rental blew me away! The view is perfect! Brinnan and Melissa are indeed super hosts…. We spent a long weekend and the stay was perfect in every way. Their home is exactly as advertised - well appointed inside and the location is superb. Close to everything but also quiet with the waves breaking on the beach and a perfect view of the ocean right outside. We would gladly stay with them again on our next trip to the area.

My friend and I had such a restful time at this beautiful, clean condo. The decor and layout were tasteful and comfy. The communication with the hosts was spot on. The deck chairs and stunning oceanfront view were such a gift. The entire condo area, hot tub, and restaurant were great perks as well. This condo exceeds expectations. Great location, everything was super comfortable, and the owners are helpful and thoughtful. Our whole family had a truly great mini-vacation over Thanksgiving. The restaurant in the complex and the hot tubs that were open year round were great perks.

This was our first experience with a vacation rental by owner, and it set the bar high! From the beginning, the owner was very easy to communicate with. The check in process was easy. The condo was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean, beach, and pool area. There was more than enough room for us all (3 adults and 5 kids). We loved the little touches that made it feel like "home". And we added to the guest book and shark tooth display :)

This condo was perfect for our family of six (two parents, two grandparents, two kiddos, both age six). The layout was wonderful, the condo was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked. So many nice touches that we’ve never had before when staying at a condo – complimentary popcorn and Hershey bars, travel toothbrushes and other toiletries, perfectly clean bedding and linens. Although we didn’t need it, there was even a baby monitor. The resort area is just as nice. We enjoyed the pools, spas, and the restaurant. The owners were so responsive and answered all questions promptly. We would love to stay again!

This oceanfront condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning to see the sunrise and drink our coffee. What an awesome 3rd floor view of the ocean, beach and fishing pier! All the amenities in the unit were great! We really enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary!
