Excellente situation géographique, très calme, très belle vue depuis la chambre.
Parking accès un peu compliqué.

Nous étions contentes de retrouver cette chambre louée 8 ans plus tôt. C'est très très bien pour passer 1 à 3 nuits à 2. Le prix est surtout lié à la localisation. Nous nous étions heureuses de retrouver Elisabeth même si normalement ce n'est plus elle qui s'en occupe. En plus elle nous a permis de nous adapter pour l'arrivée et le départ. Le petit déj était parfait (à régler en plus sans CB). Maintenant on le prend dans un espace commun. Autrefois, la chambre était intimiste, il y avait donc un petit déj avec l'hôtesse et on se sentait cocoonées. Mais c'est normal la vie évolue, la fatigue aussi. La piscine n'est plus en service non plus ce que l'on comprend aisément. Je pense qu'ailleurs une chambre comme celle-ci, en mode "chambre d'hôte" serait plus de l'ordre de 85 € petit déj compris. Mais l'augmentation du coût d'entretien, et surtout de la demande, justifient les tarifs. Pour le bruit, seulement au retour des autres hôtes mais franchement ça va. Ce n'a pas été dérangeant. Bref, nous étions ravies quand même. Le +, le bus en bas de la rue.

The staff were helpful and the property was handy to both ciboure and st Jean de luz
The room was basic but clean, however it was a stifling weekend and there were no windows/ air conditioning or fans only the french doors with a mosquito net over them. We therefore had to sleep with the doors open to get a breath of air. Some of the advertising photos appear to be of the business next door so the rooms appear to have large seaviews . We were a little disappointed but the room we booked was a courtyard view and we had been looking for cheap but please be clear about what you book.
