Poor quality and value for money

Booking.com listed the villa as having AC. It wasn't made clear that AC was only in the bedrooms we only discovered this after paying the full, non-refundable amount, buried in the small print of the villa's separate booking confirmation via Villa plus. The heat in the living and kitchen areas was extremely uncomfortable.
This is our third stay in a "villa plus" property, and until this trip our experience had been great. Unfortunately this stay was spoiled by a constant stream of problems something came up almost every other day, and we stopped reporting many of them because it became exhausting. Examples:
Pool cues broken
Washing line broken
Garden furniture broken and worn, nothing like the advertised photos
Upstairs bathroom dirty and stained
Limited bedroom furniture, not matching the advert
Villa floors generally dirty our feet turned black after showering or walking around
No washing basket
Insufficient lounge furniture, not matching the advert
The pool was the dirtiest we've encountered. Adjusting the pump timing after 3 days reduced the cloudiness, but tile scum buildup was awful, and it stained all our swimwear and hair green/yellow
Kitchen under-equipped and dirty; food spoiled in the existing fridge
No upper balcony furniture, despite being advertised
Most seriously: a woman we believe was the cleaners' driver let herself into the villa uninvited, sat down in the lounge, and asked me directly whether "there was a problem" while I was staying in during their visit. On a separate occasion she asked my 17-year-old daughter the same question while I wasn't present, which left her very uncomfortable, and sat glaring at us. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and she should not have let herself in. The two cleaners themselves were lovely, friendly, and smiley this is not a reflection on them. After this we declined further cleaning, as we didn't want her back in the house.
