Silvio is an exceptional host and he makes sure you have a pleasant stay while you're there. The whole place is located in a gated community so it's very safe. The whole B&B is very clean and everything looks new.
When I arrived, my room was spotless and what I liked the most was attention to little details. The room had a small balcony with a table and chairs. The room was spacious and both, the bed and the pillows were comfortable. The AC in the room also looked brand new and it cooled down the whole room in no time.
I also liked the fact that they provided a hair dryer and they even had beach towels you could borrow in case you didn't have your own.
The place is just a 5 minute walk from the historical centre of Palermo and you've got the bus stop and the train stop nearby.
This has been the best B&B I've ever stayed at, they also come in the morning to make up your bed, just like hotels do. If I'm ever back in Palermo, I know where I will be staying.
I can't think of anything bad as the whole place is run magnificently by the owner

This was a great B&B! Beautifully decorated, modern and clean.
Silvio was so helpful and the breakfast in the mornings was an absolute treat. Freshly cooked omelette and fresh fruit.
The location was just right. Near the centre but far enough away to be quiet at night. Air-conditioning was a must as it was a hot summer whilst I was there.
Highly recommended. 😊

The accommodation is exceptionally tidy and it's all about the little touch...extra beach towels, duvets, pillows, nice shampoo and shower gel, slippers, phone chargers mainly new phones, mosquito screen, locked gate on balcony, window blinds, hairdryer.
Far away from the noice of the city but very central.
It's modern and beautifully decorated.The room gets clean every day.
I got a bottle of water and little prosecco on arrival.
The breakfast was amazing:
Eggs (in any requested form) , Italian arancino, ham, cheese, bread, yogurts, fruit juices, delicious flavoured croissants, fruit, italian cookies, cakes, desserts, cereals, nuts.
You can use tea and coffee throughout a day.
Nothing was a problem for Silvio who goes that extra mile for his guests.Very friendly and welcome atmosphere.
