We are located walking distance to Johnny Longboats for lunch/dinner and the NY Bagel shop for yummy breakfast, if you don't feel like cooking. If you'd rather cook, you'll have a fully-appointed kitchen
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire apartment and courtyard.
Other things to note
The unit is part of a 4-unit complex. A high chair and pack n play are available upon request.
No pets allowed.
No parties.
No smoking.
Guests are not allowed to receive any mail or packages.
**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacations And Rentals. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

The guest has access to the entire apartment and courtyard.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet, private spot that feels removed but is just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
Take a lovely walk on the beach to the east or go west for a stroll near the Intracoastal and stop by Sailfish Marina for a drink at the Tiki or dinner with beautiful sunsets.
Also, for another lovely walk near the water and to see the inlet, there is a paved brick walkway from the town fountain on Bamboo Road to the inlet. The northwest corner of the Cannonsport Marina on Lake Drive has a viewing area to watch the boats and sunsets.
Getting Around:
The home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.
Other Things to Note:
Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
Note:
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.
*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.
*A security camera is installed outside the property to monitor and deter unauthorized access. It operates 24/7 and is positioned to cover entry points for enhanced safety and protection.

There needs to be tow signs people in the next building take our parking spots. You’re the only one that doesn’t. Patio needs to be trimmed back. Too many trees getting big turning everything black. Back light is hanging by a wire. Other than that we loved our stay have booked next year.

This apartment was located in a great spot, blocks from the beach and snorkeling trail. The bed was comfortable and had the comforts of home.

excellent location near municipal beach & Palm Beach Shores.
would like to talk with PMI management about floor cleanliness condition ; overdue for a thorough machine scrubbing such as a Stanley Steamer. backyard platform planks also need a thorough scrubbing with bleach to rid area of mildew.
would like re-assurances on floor improvement before booking for March ‘24 stay.
