Probably the nicest in the area as there are many dated mega resorts.
My room was musty and felt as though it had not been used in some time. The bathroom smelt as though there had been an unresolved flood. Front desk were non-responsive when I explained the issue, I am not sure that they understood and I didn't want to cause a conflict as we were there for one night . My daughter's room was fine. Breakfast has very little for vegans. The local beach was enclosed by building work and a derelict property. Sadly, the coastline is succumbing to climate change - so there's lots of abandoned buildings and severe erosion.

The staff did their very best to make this stay comfortable for me and my cats. I enjoyed the well-priced food -- it made me eat dinner at the hotel each evening instead of going into town. The pool was also lovely and refreshing each morning! Large, natural material rooms were heaven.
One of the staff was careless and made my cat escape the room. As a pet friendly hotel, it would be good to put a sticker on the door or something so they are more aware. This caused me and my cat lots of stress. Luckily, I was able to call him back.
