Very nice hotel with friendly staff, nice bars and restaurants with great food and drinks, and the hotel itself everything was good and clean.

Great bedroom layout, good variety of breakfast. The aqua aerobics was excellent, as was the kids club and the marshmallow toasting
Staff were not very attentive and the prices were extremely high to stay on site for food

Our room did not have a shower …. It had a bath with a hand shower.

The size of the main pool, the location close to Hoi An, the cleanliness of the beach though the color of the water is not very inviting. The room was comfortable.
A 5 star rating is misleading. It is closer to a very good 3 star hotel or pleasant 4 star. The main hotel building is giving a 70s vibe and is very dated. The room air conditioning smelled musty so we had to do without, or change to a room with a worse view. The buffet is very packed and it’s a high volume resort. Not at all a relaxing 5 star atmosphere. Food was blah and expensive for what it was. The beach pool at least had nice views and hammocks but the beach towels badly need to be changed. Some rough tiles in the main pool. We kept getting asked to pay for every incidental right away.
