The food quality (breakfast, pool snacks, dinner) were excellent, as well as the bar drinks) were excellent. The pool area is beautiful and the pool temperature was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. The shuttle to the old town is also a great plus, especially with the humidity. The hotel is located outside the old town which we really enjoyed because it was more quiet and we could choose to go into Hoi An.
This is more a personal preference, but we found the hallways and elevators to feel quite outdated. The lobby and hallways can also get quite warm. They often have the doors open so the heat comes in.

Service was so friendly and always timely. Staff were genuinely concerned about us. Beds comfortable, air con fantastic in that humidity. We loved our time at the Saga.
Nothing to say. We would have loved an iron, but it seems standard throughout Vietnam to not include in rooms. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

We loved Everything
we changed from another hotel at short notice. We left very early in the morning for a flight and they even gave us a breakfast box to take. Girl at front of desk was the most helpful of our entire trip. I fully recommend this boutique hotel, you wont be disappointed. The Saga bar was also very good and a great setting. Rooms very clean and spacious.

The staff were great, especially the spa staff who let us shower there on the day we checked out
The hotel is a little outdated and I was expecting something a bit more modern/pristine from the photos. Also, one day the pool had too much chlorine in it and it bleached my daughter's bikini
