The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you stay as comfortable as possible. Helped with making reservations at restaurants that were difficult to get into, provided great local knowledge, of cafes, tailors, things to do and restaurants. Plus, we loved the serenity of the resort and that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the extremely busy old town, but very accessible if you wanted to go into the old town, just a 5min $2 uber ride.

We enjoyed the place, it was very relaxing and we exceptionally enjoyed their superior customer service. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Andrew, Jupiter and Nancy were absolutely brilliant. We will surely consider staying here again.
Although the location was not walking distance to old town but it was near enough to most of the attractions. It was very easy to get around. Overall, it was good, no complains.
