The place located in nice and quiet area, they also have bicycles if you don’t drive scooter and wanted to go to the center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. Staff was fast and helpful
We stayed on room 301, they needed to fix the floor because there is a gap in between (they kinda use the wooden floor) and it is not stick together or I don’t know to explain so that’s why it looks a bit dirty as well.

We had a beautiful 6 night stay at Lime Villa & we would return in a heartbeat. 💓
The building is beautiful and well decorated, pool is spotless, breakfast room is relaxing with a pool table in and books plus they provide spa services if you wish.
Rooms are extremely spacious and the whole property is super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom one of the nicest we’ve come across in our Asia travels. Big bath, good pressure & hot water.
The property offer free bicycles too which we used every day to get in and out of town and the beach, it’s 15/20 mins to town and 10 mins to the beach! Bikes definitely need a little servicing though but I’ve informed the property of this 🚲
I’d highly recommend for a QUIET and peaceful comfortable stay during your time in Hoi An. It was nice to be just out of the hustle and bustle and not hear any horns at night 📣
Air conditioning is good enough but I do think it’s set to a certain temperature and doesn’t get freezing (my partner likes it freezing 😂)

בריכה נחמדה ומקפידים לנקות את החדר כל יום. יש שירותי כביסה נוחים. יש למטה שולחן ביליארד שהעסיק את הילדים לא מעט.
שירות מסאג' במלון היה במחיר טוב
אין מעלית. ישנו בקומה השלישית ולהעלות את המזוודות היה מאוד קשה. גם אנשי הצוות לא סייעו.
בחדר המזגן היה חלש מדי ולכן היה חם.
במידה ואוכלים חטיף או כל דבר שהוא בחדר תוך כמה דקות מגיעות המון נמלים. אציין לחיוב את הצוות שעסק רבות בנסיון לטפל בבעיה.
