Super quiet "far from everything" place, if you look for some silence in Vietnam - this is the place. Superb view to the river. Carpets, so no one will make noise dragging furniture
Still could hear some noisy neighbours in the bathroom, a slight mold smell but healthy enough for 1 night stay, breakfast is the worse I ever saw in an hotel but i didn't expect anything from it anyway :D Just order some banh mi in Grab for 25k and you are good

The hotel was a good hotel but unfortunately the area has declined since covid and does need some repairs and revamping. Both our showers didnt work when we arrived and they did fix them straight away. There is a great pool with only a few chairs and the beach is a very short walk across the road. Cua Dai beach town is a 900 metre walk away, too short for a grab taxi and a little far too walk in the sun. The staff are very friendly and our breakfast was very good.
The location is just too far from restaurants and cafes too walk and it is in need of a revamp but I dont think they are getting enough customers to pay for it.

The staff was nice and try to please us but not professional enough according to the hotel rated star.
First walkin without aircon, too hot under the heat and they didnt have the welcome breeze.
The refridgerator in room was not cool enough i have to ask them keep our food and drink at the fridge from coffee bar which make inconviently access.
