Everything as you would expect of a 5 star resort, however the Staff are above the normal, they are fantastic.

Fantastic Staff, great private and shared pools, okay gym.
Our villa was lovely although some of the decor was a bit tired and the fridge was not cold at all. It might as well have just been a cupboard.
Breakfast was good.
Overall value for money was really good.

Highly recommend this resort. Our young family had the most amazing stay in one of the 3 bedroom beachfront villas...the private pool & views were beautiful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Such a treat!

Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines.
