Petit déjeuner à commander en avance pour le lendemain avec un choix limité. Belle vue sur les rizières depuis la piscine. Très au calme. Belle baignoire et pression d'eau parfaite. Chambres avec douche et baignoire. Beau jardin.
Personnel peu concerné. Finitions et installations vétustes avec une fuite sur le siphon du lavabo. Propreté pas toujours impeccable. Piscine avec trop de chlore. Pas de personnel, pas de service autre que le petit déjeuner. Accès pour les GRAB difficile.

The villas were very pretty and the garden as well, it had a jungle-feeling to it, lots of vegetation, which we really liked. The pool was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had hot water and good water pressure, too. The AC works well, and it is relatively quiet so you may use it during the night.
The place has lots of potential, but many issues too. First, on Booking.com, they say they accept credit/debit cards, but then you get there, and they request that you make the payment in cash. If the property doesn't accept card payments, they should say so in the ad. Then, we requested an invoice for the payment, and they said they don't issue invoices. I don't even understand how that's possible.
Another issue is the noise made by children by the pool at 06:00. If the other guests don't have enough common sense to keep quiet, the hotel staff should reinforce the silence rules. But they didn't seem to care too much. Regarding the pool, it only has 6 sun beds, which, if all the guests of the resort would like to use, wouldn't be enough for everyone.
The breakfast is expensive and doesn't have variety or quality for the price they charge. There's no buffet breakfast; you have to choose one dish that you want to have. Coffee is really bad. You may find better and cheaper options in town.
The water bottles in the room are charged differently depending on the brand. They say they offer complimentary water for guests, but then if you drink any water from the minibar, you have to pay for it. That is not well explained anywhere, and you cannot argue with anyone since their English is so limited.
