We throughly enjoyed our stay (8 days) and were looked after by the friendly staff from the time we walked in the reception. (7pm on arrival) until it was time to leave. No question was an issue to answer and provide a courtesy response. Hotel was clean and room was excellent ( over looking river). Food was of a great standard and selection.

Our Riverside Family Suite was huge! Buffet breakfast was fabulous. The pool was clean and refreshing and in a great location. We had a great ride using the free push bikes.
Not enough shuttles into Old Town or could be at better times. No beach access during our stay, however option to use beach further up.

Good position
No double bed!
Loud renovation , not peaceful
No good coffee at breakfast! Bad coffee, for a resort like this you should provide.
I have a leg injury and there was no lift, that information should be provided on your hotel information and it not be neglected.
Shower in bath not easy for me and again that information should be provided. It’s dangerous, deceptive? Information not accurate, I felt let down and even though I booked a standard room I think there are many small things your hotel must take care of
