We totally loved this hotel. Not in the city center of Hoi An that's what we wanted to get a more relaxing stay. But only 12/15minutes to old quarter of Hoi An by Grab.
Room was perfect. Pool with beach view really nice.
Breafkast was more than great!
The staff was also perfect.
We also enjoyed the food for dinner at the hotel (barbecue party) really nice and lunch.
If you want more choice ,there is 2 excellent restaurant juste across the street.
The pool and beach bar closes at 6pm, maybe later would be better to enjoy the end of the day.

The hotel is in a great position on the beach with great views and sense of space. The outdoor pool, bar and lawn were great.
From what we saw, all rooms looked to have a good view and ours had a nice balcony.
Overall, the property is worn and needs some work on maintenance and a deep clean. There was a lot of attention paid to the lawn (which is lovely), but there were weeds and dead flowers everywhere else plus dirty external stairways.
Our room was very small by Vietnam standards, with an absolutely tiny bathroom. The bathroom doors were saloon door style so offered zero privacy which isn’t really acceptable.
The service was markedly not as good as everywhere else we stayed in Vietnam, and overall the hotel lacks a managerial presence.
The food was the worst part. A tired, lacklustre buffet breakfast. A bbq evening with dried out, overcooked meat pre-cooked and sitting under heat before we even arrived, and the chefs sitting around nearby- awful!
