The beach is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good. The room was nice size with comfortable bed. we had the pool / garden view. Hoi An is a quiet unmodernised place.. a nice retreat with restaurants within walking distance 10 to 15 mins by foot.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Close to beach. Water very warm. Staff were helpful and ordered our tour (can do on-line yourself and car to airport). Location was good to the many coffee shops and restaurants, so no shortage of excellent choices. Mr Ho’s was excellent and after several weeks we craved a pizza and found an excellent one at The Lighthouse and they have happy hour, so two drinks and a pizza was about $NZ12, we would have paid $27 for that pizza in NZ.
Overall the place needs a spruce up and some maintenance and this was observed by some other guests who have stayed several time and told us it has become more run-down on the outside. The inside is tired. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in so didn’t meet our expectations as the others in Hue, Hoi An and De Nang were very good. It’s defo a 3* hotel.

"Fabulous location, only meters off the beach. Great breakfast with lots of choice, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, room a great size for 2 sharing, bathroom clean and good facils."
