This hotel had a lovely boutique feel, with beautiful design, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our two-level room comfortably accommodated our family of five. We especially loved the pool—it is small, but a real little gem, with a bar and a lovely garden around it. It was perfect for combining beach time with relaxing by the pool, especially on very hot days, as the garden and pool area were pleasantly cool and shaded.
We did not notice any particular drawbacks. Just bear in mind that this is a small boutique hotel, which was actually part of its charm for us.

Good location close to the beach. The staff is really welcoming and nice. The hotel had a friendly set up. We had a family room that had a nice set up. Breakfast is lovely.
Pool fairly small and didn’t seem to be used much. Accommodation is a bit more expensive and question is whether that is fully correct

Close to beach. Water very warm. Staff were helpful and ordered our tour (can do on-line yourself and car to airport). Location was good to the many coffee shops and restaurants, so no shortage of excellent choices. Mr Ho’s was excellent and after several weeks we craved a pizza and found an excellent one at The Lighthouse and they have happy hour, so two drinks and a pizza was about $NZ12, we would have paid $27 for that pizza in NZ.
Overall the place needs a spruce up and some maintenance and this was observed by some other guests who have stayed several time and told us it has become more run-down on the outside. The inside is tired. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in so didn’t meet our expectations as the others in Hue, Hoi An and De Nang were very good. It’s defo a 3* hotel.
