2 BLOCKS FROM tIMES Square. Small grocery stores and delis and bakeries all close by. Bed very comfortable. Cool little lounge areas on 2nd floor and in basement. Pretty bathroom.
They did not tell us about the lounges; we discovered by accident. Room excessively small, 2 windows with almost no view except for cement walls. Expensive (350 total with fees) nightly cost. At least coffee was free but you had to walk down and up 3 flights of stairs to get it (we were on 5th floor) --- and, no elevator! Which was not a dealbreaker for us, but would be for some. Don't bring too many suitcases!

Location
Comfortable bed
Good AC
5th floor is relatively Quiet (from the street)
No elevator
Fan noise in ALL the bedrooms
The bathroom is poorly designed (faucet too small to wash your hands + the Shower spills water everywhere...)

Location is good, room was small but very clean.
No elevator. Very small hallway. Feels almost claustrophobic. Value isn’t great for the price.
