Location is great. Rooms are small but have what you need. Only thing to consider is that it has no elevators and there are 5 floors.
Just the fact that it does not have elevators, but the staff is gentle and will move your luggage for you.

The location and price were great, and for a short-term work stay by myself it was all I could need. Yes, there is no elevator (I prefer taking the stairs anyway). Every room has a private bathroom (though it is a "wet-bath" setup). Going in with these expectations you will have a lovely stay - the rooms are clean, very well stocked, and cozy.
An elevator for mobility-impaired guests, and maybe a full shower-stall so one doesn't have to dry the floor after a shower - but between choosing for a shared bathroom and a private wet-bath, I'll take the wet-bath every time!

The location was ideal for going to Broadway plays which was our main objective.
We have stayed in compact hotels before but this one felt very cramped. There were no elevators and this should have been made very clear, especially since we had luggage. We were initially assigned to the 4th floor but were able to negotiate for the 3rd floor. The shower shield was inadequate and as a result the whole bathroom floor was covered with water after taking a shower.
