Very nice, clean, small one bedroom apartment near Columbus Circle on West side of Manhattan. Great value and very good location. I was a little hesitant because I normally book hotel rooms (think Marriot, Hilton, etc.), however the value for this place given the price was too good to pass up. Enjoyed my one night there and would stay there again for sure.

It was close to the central park.
The floor was not clean and it was sticky. The bedroom is small but doable for 2 people max.
No AC in bedroom. If you close the bedroom door there is a very high probability that you'll suffocate. If you keep the bedroom door open them no problem but you have to keep the AC on for at least an hour to cool the surroundings.
