We do not want high foot traffic or high car traffic, wear and tear on the property, or disturbance of neighboring homes. Absolutely no rowdy parties allowed. Guests who book agree not to engage in any illegal activity on the premesis, or allow others to do so. Please leave pool vacuum in the pool at all times-it’s the pool’s cleaning system-thank you! No smoking or vaping in or on house premises. If you or someone who you bring to the property is found smoking in or on the property your security deposit will be kept, smoking fee is a minimum $1,500 fine. Other things to note: No garage access but Parking avail on property, please park in front of property near front door THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere in or on the property.
