視野非常好，早起還能看到日出。空間適中，大家的行李都能順利打開
停車位旁的植物有點侵佔到車道，導致停車困難，因為車子的制動系統系統一直強制煞車，花了很多時間才停好車，建議植物要適度修剪。
位於主要街道比較尾端的地方，離音樂盒堂本館非常近，但是離小樽運河就有點遠了，後來晚上去運河看夜景是開車過去，以避免在黑夜中徒步經過已經全部關門休息的黑暗街道。

The apartment has a great location, only about 300 meters from Sakaimachi Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining.
The cleanliness was disappointing. There was dust on the headboard, hair left on the bed, and the toilet had a strong urine odor. I hope the property improves its housekeeping standards because the location is excellent.

The location is excellent! Walking distance to Music Box shop. Self-laundry shop is just next to it. Good view from the living room. Very clean and comfort.
Washing machine. However, self service laundry shop is just next to the building, so problem solved.

有停車場，有廚房，兩個房間可以體驗當地人住在公寓的生活
設備陳舊建議須汰舊更新，不沾鍋上的圖層都已脫落根本不敢使用。沙發塌陷底座損壞及需更換，老實說這些東西都沒多少錢不解為何要留著讓顧客使用。
清潔度以日本來說是不及格尤其廁所有一股濃厚的尿騷味。但浴室還算乾淨
