Estancia inmejorable!!!

Muy bien ubicado, el apartamento está super-equipado con todas las comodidades y muy limpio. Muy bien de precio.

Casi nada. Por poner alguna cosilla, diría que estaría bien que en el apartamento hubiera alguna información turística de la ciudad. Monumentos, hostelería, playas cercanas, etc...

Super convenient clean and comfortable

Ideaal om Cartagena te bezoeken.

Klein maar meer dan fijn en een groot terras. Alles is aanwezig, was/droger, vaatwasser, oven... Heerlijke douche, prima bed. En een heerlijke stad er omheen!

Geen serieuze zaken, kleine details, nothing that can't be fixed.

Fabulous stay would definitely come back.

Fantastic location right in the hub of the city and an easy walk to the port. Nice, clean modern facilities.

Hard to find for first timers in Cartagena, Should be better signed, the name Cartagena flats doesn’t appear on the outside of the building.

L'emplacement est idéal et le plus de l'appartement est sa terrasse. Il est bien équipé et joliment décoré ! Literie très confortable.

L'enregistrement mériterait d'être simplifié. Plusieurs interlocuteurs qui demandent les mêmes renseignements déjà donnés...

Ubicación perfecta, todo muy limpio.

Lo mejor, la ubicación, en pleno centro de Cartagena, al lado del ayuntamiento, puerto, bares, calle mayor. Todo muy limpio y bien equipado. El personal muy amable, me ayudó a recuperar un objeto que me había dejado.

Todo me gustó, aunque por decir algo, las almohadas poco cómodas y algo de ruido por las noches.

Encantada con el hospedaje

Lo más importante que está en el centro de Cartagena, Ya que hay muchos sitios de restaurantes y tiendas por el sector. Dentro del apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, es moderno y volvería a reservar para mi próxima estadía en el mismo sitio 100% recomendado

No hubo solución.

La situación no fue la esperada.

No suelo escribir comentarios, y menos negativos, pero la situación resulta indignante. Lamentablemente no puedo poner un comentario positivo al alojamiento. Antes de la llegada, comentamos con el alojamiento por WhatsApp la posibilidad de acceder lo más cerca posible con el coche para poder descargar el equipaje, ya que, íbamos con un bebé recién nacido y la idea era dejar allí al niño, la madre y descargar el maletero. Nos comentó que al estar en una calle peatonal,la calle más cercana para llegar a los apartamentos con el coche era la Calle del Aire, por lo que paramos, subimos a dejar las maletas y cuando bajé a aparcar en las zonas indicadas por ellos mismos (azul, verde, o incluso en la Universidad Politécnica, como bien indican en la instrucciones del alojamiento), me encontré con una multa de la policía local. ¡Habian pasado menos de 10 minutos! Hablé con el dependiente de la floristería de la esquina, y me comentó que suelen multar a menudo,a diario, dicho esto, como alojamiento el cual conoce la zona, me deberían haber avisado y recomendado no parar allí por posibles multas, en cambio me recomendaron llegar hasta allí. Conclusión, la multa salió más cara que el apartamento, y aunque la multa me la pongan a mi, y el afectado sea yo, en este caso el alojamiento es totalmente responsable debido a una recomendación directa, y el cual no ha sido capaz de solucionar, (el check-in es las 15:00 como pronto, llegamos a las 18:00 aprox. y el check-out a las 11:00, ni siquiera un día completo) Aparte de esto, el ayuntamiento, policía, etc. debería hacerse mirar este tipo de actuaciones, que a lo único que conlleva es que el turismo decaiga debido a las dificultades innecesarias que provocan.

Fabulous location right in the centre - very easy access to the apartment - modern and stylish - nice sunny balcony

Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work, there was a bad drain smell in the bathroom, the bed is not very comfortable, the sheets had a musty odour and the towels were very thin.

Buena ubicación y confort

Buena ubicación en pleno casco histórico. Restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados y lugares de interés muy cerca. El apartamento cómodo de fácil acceso, diáfano y muy bonito. Con todo lo esencial en menaje para pasar unos días. A pesar de tener vecinos, no escuchamos nada y estaba insonorizado para la calle.

Muy bien pero ruidoso los fines de seman

Lo más parecido a estar en casa. Tiene todo lo necesario. Todo nuevo.

El aislamiento del ruido de la calle. El alojamiento está ubicado en una calle céntrica con ocio nocturno y el finde semana hay mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Cuando este ruido termina, comienza el de las máquinas de limpieza. Se oye como si estuvieran dentro del alojamiento. Durante la semana no hay ese nivel de ruido.

city break, apartment close to centre

Apartment was nice and roomy , nice patio area very good bathroom and shower Good commutation with the owners. requested extra towels and had them within the hour.

Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows needed renewing!!! washing machine was located under the breakfast bar, all most impossible to use. no English channels on the tv, not even the news linen was old but clean Kitchen was not very well equipped Door code took serval try's before working

Great location to spend time walking around the city.

Nice big balcony in a great location. The apartment was on the 4th floor so less street noises.

The apartment was smaller than expected but I suppose the advertised squared meters includes the large sized balcony.

Top floor apartment with Terrace was beautiful. Kitchen great, bathroom all was great except bed. Needed a new mattress, and only a queen but it was for one night so ok.

Bed was very bad. Needed to sleep on couch. Otherwise Top terrace apartment was great.

Esperábamos más

Ubicación inmejorable, piso nuevo, con todos los útiles necesarios

Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle y era muy difícil dormir, sin ningún detalle de cortesía (servilletas, champú o té…), solo nos pusieron un rollo de papel higiénico para 3 personas durante dos dias. Escribimos al número y pedimos más rollos y unas mantas porque la primera noche pasamos frío y solo nos trajeron una. Cuando volvimos a contactar no nos respondieron ni cogieron llamadas.

Un lugar excelente para visitar Cartagena

La ubicación, lo completo que era en menaje de cocina y lo espacioso que era el apartamento.

Faltaba papel higiénico, sólo un rollo a medias para dos días y dos personas. La luz del baño era muy pobre, la del espejo no funcionaba y la cama no era muy cómoda.

The property was fine. I could have used just a few more pillows is my only note. of course there is noise from the street but that is just something to deal with being so centrally located.

Very good

Fantastic location and excellent price and easy to checkin/checkout. Would definitley recommend.

Really the only thing was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable just down to the fact it was a memory foam matress, which we dont like. The only other thing was there was only 1 cup in the cupboard so just as well we went out for Breakfast, other thank that it was great.

Had an amazing one night stay here would definitely book here again if we are in the area.

Wow where do I start, we booked this last minute and we loved it we wish we had more time here but we are travelling around in a campervan. Right in the centre where the shops and restaurants are! The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a 5 minute walk down to the marina. We parked our van in a underground car park near by which was secure! What a beautiful apartment!

There was nothing with didn’t like!
