It's central location and nearby parking. The room and facilities excellent as was the breakfast.
We marked 9 and not 10, as communication could have been improved calls, emails & messaging via booking.com were not answered.
We were not informed that the garage door did not work leading to delays. Other residents had been informed of the malfunction.
Also when reserving parking it would be great if clients were informed of its location. This was a big problem prior to arriving.
Otherwise a fabulous location and facilities.

Good central location for Cartagena.
Not much to do there (not their fault).
Breakfast included was simple but nice.
Very noisy with a club just in front. No proper noise insulation which means you can hear everything from the street.
No flexibility from the owners who didn’t allow us to cancel our second night after finding out about our dates being during the biggest Roman cosplaying event of the town.
Bagpipes and drums playing all afternoon and evening next to our room.
Parking is extra if booked through here instead of their website, the spaces are very very tight.
