The location is definitely the best part of this property. The cleanliness was not good at all, and they did not provide items to clean with like a broom & dustpan, window cleaner, bathroom cleaner and kitchen towels. The noise from 10pm-3am is very loud, and lots of police noise and sirens. The elevator was down for a day which thankfully did not impact us as we can do the stairs but was a bummer for a lot of guests. They were also painting the sidewalks which was interesting right during the busiest part of the day. The pictures are deceiving for sure.

The apartment had a few problems, stove broken, bathroom’s door broken, elevator didn’t work all the time, some walls and ceiling need to be painted. Average, it was fine but I consider expensive for the service, the apartment needs to he refurbished.

Me and my friend decided to stay here for a long weekend getaway. I would say that there’s pros and cons of staying here. We started off our trip not so great with being told an early check in would be possible to just let them know when we arrived we changed our evening flight to a morning flight just to then arrive and be told that we now couldn’t get in until 4pm which is normal check in time. We were left sitting and waiting in the lobby for 6 hours. Our toilet did not flush without us sticking our hands inside of filthy toilet water to pull up the chain. It was absolutely disgusting and after reaching out to them during our stay this problem still was not fixed. The shower water took over 15 minutes to even heat up. The balcony looked like it had black mold all over it. I would also say as a heads up to anyone planning on staying here that the noise is LOUD which we knew when coming so we weren’t bothered by it but a warning for others coming, this room is right next to elevator and above the bars that don’t go quiet until 4am. The elevator takes forever. The ac can’t go under 72 degrees which we didn’t know until 24 hours before coming that if it went below we would be charged, which is ridiculous considering we are staying in Miami where its 90 degrees outside. I will say the view was amazing, the front desk staff was as helpful as they could be with dealing with the host. We would come back to south beach but stay elsewhere. Hope this helps others!

A couple quick thoughts on the property and our stay below. 1. There is a noise ordinance for the drag club nearby of 1100pm. This doesn't shut the noise off, but tones it down significantly. IMO the people complaining failed to research the location. If you want a quite stay, you need to be NORTH of 20th and Ocean Drive or stay a block East. 2. The condo is great but needs a couple tweaks. You shower in the bathtub. I would suggest to the owners to put a shelf in the tub for your razors and toiletries. This would greatly cut down on the amount of over spray on the floor. 3. There should be some plastic stemware in the condo. The balcony is all concrete. Would be nice to not worry about a glass breaking., 4. The toilet ran our entire stay. I looked in the tank and the handle arm was installed above the flapper chain. Simple fix and would greatly be appreciated. 5. If you are coming to South Beach to party and people watch this is the location for you.

It was easy to rent.No problem. However when I arrived with four bags of luggage I found the elevator wasn't working and had not been working for sometime.I am 68 and my husband is partially blind and he is 69.It was really hard going up and down the stairs.I just wish I had known beforehand...I would have made better arrangements. The mattress was not comfortable and those throw pillows were filthy. Some inexpensive pillowcases would have helped. However I did get to experience South Beach. Thanks for your hospitality!
