The confort and how the staff is kind.
Unfortunatly was not cleaned until the end of my state in spite of the fact that i usualy put the card that ask for cleaning on the dor.

Affordable clean warm water no bugs safe

It was a little far from where we initially decided to hang in nyc, but that’s not the properties fault.
One thing I did NOT like was that I couldn’t just check in at the desk like a normal hotel. That was a bit stressful.

The bed was comfortable. There was no hot water so they didn't charge me to check in an hour early.
There was no front desk, so the check in process was confusing. On all their info flyers, it gives a phone number There were occasionally people at the "Desk" but they didn't seem to know much about anything. There was no hot water. There was no toilet paper in my room. Luckily, someone was at the desk at the time to get it for me. There were also no washcloths. Waiting in the lobby, there were other customer complaints, too. The floor in my room didn't seem like it had been swept/vacuumed. Also confused about the $35 dollar fee for short stays.
