Fully furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy!!! NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY!!! We have very strict rules and guidelines for “events” at this property. Events are defined by multiple items such as extra guests, party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc. ~Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, privacy & security, parking, free EV charger, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas). Newly added free Electric Vehicle Charging Station in secured parking lot (Tesla's need adaptor). RULES: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No amplified music. No screaming/ yelling. No more people on property than agreed upon at time of booking. Please do not disturb the neighbors. OUTSIDE QUIET TIME HOURS 9pm to 8am. Including when booked for events. NO EXCEPTIONS, music must be turned off by 9:00 PM or taken indoors. CLEANING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. This allows us to provide the same level of exceptional service to all guests. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything was exactly as advertised! Loved all of the amenities, inside and outside! The home provided the perfect environment for our holiday vacation. Looking forward to re-booking this property in the future!

Facility wonderful loved the house!!! Beautiful kitchen!! Men loved pool table. Neighbor seemed nice but definitely didnt like cars near his property and his dogs attacked us!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and felt at home during our stay. I was very central to all that we needed to get to. We highly recommend this place for both adults and children. It was a very open plan and conducive for entertaining. Would definatley rent again.

In fairness, this house seems to be a new listing, very sparsely furnished, no wall art, metal kitchen chairs. Property manager changed the check in/out times right after we booked the listing, which wasn’t a big deal for us but the quite time hours were also changed from 10 to 9 pm this was a problem as most days we weren’t back to the house till later in the evening and the no splashing or even talking rule outside was a bit excessive. This is a quite community, the house is set up like a party house with the pool table, foosball table and pool with lots of seating, but don’t let that fool you. The quite time rules are very strict. Otherwise, the house was pretty nice, slept 8-10 comfortably and had all the necessary amenities.
