Lovely location less than a minute walk from the beach, beautiful interior with style and character and sitting on the little balcony of an evening. Perfect for a family holiday. I’d stay here again in a heart beat and I didn’t want to leave.
The fact I had to go home to my own home 😂

Location was amazing
The outdoor space needed a little TLC. There was a drain smell in the house for the first 2 days

Ideal location to the beach good parking
Everything you need ,
Beds were uncomfortable and the duvet on the single bed was to big for the duvet and was not comfortable. Also could do with comfortable seating area.

"Near to centre of Polzeath, short stroll to beach. Tucked up a small lane, a cozy cottage, with good parking.
Very clean and comfortable, and very well set out for its size, with lots of arty décor. R..."
