The pool heating fee is $55.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. Two bicycles are provided for guests to tour our beautiful community and beyond. The Gold Canyon neighborhood is peaceful, well maintained and secure. The home's open floor plan is well appointed with spaces for individual activities as well as social gatherings. The great room features a cozy sitting area and a TV with Direct TV. The great room overlooks the backyard oasis and has a door that accesses the pool and patio making it easy to transfer food and drinks to the pool deck.
