Mimmo e Gonaria sono due host gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno accoolto con tanto calore e simpatia. L'appartamento è ben arredato, ampio, luminoso e dotato di molti servizi; si trova in un quartiere molto centrale di Cagliari (la Marina) ben collegato con le altre zone della città.
Un solo suggerimento per rendere l'appartamento ancora più comodo (soprattutto per famiglie con bambini/ragazzi): l'installazione di una lavastoviglie

The apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was amazing for us. There is air conditioning in every room, even in the kitchen. We really appreciated how clean the apartment was as well as the cold water waiting for us when we arrived after a long and delayed flight. Thank you, Massimo!
We had to pay an extra fee for late check-in, but it was totally fine. Our flight was late and even delayed, but Massimo patiently waited for us.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, very well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the old town with restaurants and bars. Our host gave us two sets of keys which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend.
The apartment is on the third floor and has only a very tiny outdoor space off a bedroom. The area around the apartment block is a little run down but the location and apartment itself makes up for it. Parking is very difficult to find close by and pretty complicated to work out.
