Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and LAS airport, with quick freeway access to go anywhere in town. 5 miles to the Strip 5 miles to Allegiant Stadium 7 miles to the LAS airport 7 miles to Las Vegas Convention Center 5 min from Walmart, Sam`s Club, Sprouts, Target, Albertsons ,China Town and a lot of restaurants, fast foods... 5 min walk to the large park with kids playground... This is beautiful 3 bedroom,2.5 bathroom 2 story house with Amazing POOL(heated by Vegas sunshine :) !!! ASK about FREE Airport pick up with Luxury SUV... Upstairs you have 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms...The master bedroom has a King bed with attached full bathroom...2nd room has a Queen bed,3rd room has 2 Twin XL beds and both rooms are sharing full bathroom outside of the rooms ... Also downstairs you have a half bathroom and the laundry room with free washer and dryer. You can park your cars in 2 car garage Outside Cameras in the front of the House for security & safety... Enjoy cooking in this lovely fully kitchen and dine in style with your friends & family, This home comes with included dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils so that guests can cook all their meals during your trip if needed.Or surprise your friends with your cooking skills on the BBQ Dual Grill... We loved the place… we love Vegas strip but we also enjoyed close by Red Rocks hikes. The place was perfectly located to access both and relax afterwards. Clean and quiet, spacious and just right!

This house was very comfortable and the kitchen was excellently supplied. The host was quick to answer questions. The location of the house was perfect for our trips to the Strip and Red Rocks. It was a great place for my siblings and I to relax and enjoy each other.

Good location. Host was very responsive. Accommodations were good.
By way of feedback, the home has a lot of hard surface flooring, which is nice, but it would feel warmer and more welcoming/comfortable if there were area rugs throughout. We also found ourselves wanting some light in the TV room by the laundry room, but there were no ceiling lights, nor was there a lamp.
The pool would be more inviting if it were cleaner.
I don't want this feedback to overshadow the fact that we enjoyed our stay and accommodations, and we were especially grateful for the responsiveness of the host.

My family and I visited Las Vegas to take in a few of the sites, experience Vegas and go to the football game at Allegiant Stadium. This location allowed us to easily access all those amenities as well as see another side of Las Vegas besides the main strip. We felt safe, our stay was comfortable for a family of 5 and if we planned another family trip to Vegas, we would definitely stay at this location again!

We loved our stay here! The house is in a convenient location to the strip but tucked away in a nice area for quiet relaxation. There are lots of good restaurants located nearby but not on the strip, which can be a nice break from how busy/expensive the strip can be. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including some thoughtful amenities like bottled water. The layout is nice with all bedrooms upstairs and 2 different living areas downstairs. The backyard area with the pool was a wonderful place to relax. Artur was easy to communicate with and a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay here again! :)

Visiting LV for a quick (Adele) concert trip. Wanted a place that was not on the busy, crowded, noisy strip. Also wanted to stay together (4 of us) at a place that allowed for individual space. Perfect for our weekend.

I traveled from Los Angeles to Las Vegas for an interview and to look at places for a possible move. It just so happened to be Labor Day weekend. The area was nice, less than 5 mins from the grocery store, within 15 mins to everything else. Check in was easy. The host was very responsive throughout our entire stay. Home had everything you needed to make a home cooked meal. Kids loved being able to use the pool. Host was even kind enough to let a couple of relatives who lived in Vegas visit for Labor Day. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because there were a couple lights not working, husband was unable to use ironing board because he said the leg was broken, some dead flies in the pool and dirt at the bottom of pool and a couple dead flies in the kitchen window. Other than that, house was nice, loved that it had two living rooms, ac, and pool to keep the kids occupied. Would book again.

Out of town family gathered here as they arrived for my 21 yr old nephew’s unexpected funeral. It was quiet and the pool was a nice place to sit and visit or be quiet. I liked that we could put our rental car in the garage. Beds were comfortable. Thank you Artur for providing an easy, no nonsense experience

My mother and I wanted somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay for a few nights that had a pool. This house was perfect and had everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house was very clean, bedding smelled fresh, pool towels ready for use, and a fully stocked kitchen! House is exactly has shown in photos. Artur was also very helpful and responsive.

My husband and I stayed for a few nights with another couple. The house was large, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The back yard space is nice. Lots of space if you have kids but worked very well also for 2 couples. There are two tv/sitting rooms as well. Great neighborhood and we all felt safe.

A clean, open, airy house in a fairly quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Vegas and surrounding attractions. The outdoor patio and pool area is nice, and the host super friendly and responsive. Met all our needs at a very good price - highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and organized. Swimming pool was a plus. I would recommend it if you are visiting Las Vegas it’s an approximate 15-20 minute to The Strip. Fantastic Location
This place is great! I stay at a VRBO at least 6 times a year. The location is great, quick and easy to the strip (7 minutes). Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants just minutes away. Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Beds, sheets and pillows were great. (I’m super picky about pillows) . The host was fantastic to respond quickly with any questions. There were a few things that were older (tubs, vanities, dressers) but nothing that wouldn’t keep me from renting this place again. The backyard is great!!! Easy check in and check out. Great place at a great price.

The Home is well Equipped with everything
The Home is clean, and the pool was sparkling clean, everything about this home is perfect!! I only had to supply food, :) the neighborhood is extra quiet, and the home was 10 mins away from the strip, the beds are modern and extra comfy. Arthur the host is amazing his instructions were easy!! I will rate my stay a 5 star. it was better than staying at a hotel. Next time I am in Las Vegas my stay will be there at this home. Well worth the price!!!
