We were a group of 15 adults in town for a birthday. We were nicked and dimed during our stay. No option for early check in without paying despite the house being empty in the days leading to our check in. The house was stocked with maybe 15 bath towels. We quickly noticed there were no pool towels despite the pool and hot tub located on the property. When we requested more bath towels and pool towels we were told we had to pay. I found that to be absolutely ridiculous considering the thousands of dollars we paid to stay there for 3 nights. You can’t control the AC, it’s set and locked by the management company. The AC actually went out and it was very hot. A repairman came to fix it and must have done so incorrectly because then the heat kept coming on with no way to shut it off. The property manager never offered a solution for this. Overall not worth the money with all the issues we experienced.

This is a newly remodeled house that is very close to downtown. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. There are vagrants throughout the neighborhood and our carport smelled like urine as it was clearly someone's toilet. There was garbage and furniture stacked in the street all over the place. Not the owner's fault for either. One of the bedrooms had no AC like the rest of the home. The 6th bedroom was not usable. There was a 3 ft wide fan with extensions cords across the whole room to be able to use it. The router and internet didn't work for 2 of my 3 days during this stay. No TVs either because they all connected. The router was eventually replaced. I requested early check in which they charged me $50/hr to check into an already cleaned and vacant house. This is gouging at its finest. I have never seen such a practice and I travel constantly! Funny they offered me nothing back for the no internet and one room without AC. The home was fairly well equipped and nice inside. a little abused as many rentals are. Handles falling off cabinets etc. The agency was quick to respond but I was not offered anything in return for the lack of internet and AC. The early check in was for me to get work done but was limited with no internet. They had no problem making me Venmo them $250 for their early check in. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again in the future!

This house is a perfect place for couples who each want their own private bedroom (6). Also looks to be great for groups who can share rooms (as several rooms had 2 queen beds). 1 room is the guest house- with a private bedroom and bath. We had a great time using the pool and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. (We would have appreciated a couple umbrellas for shade on the balcony and backyard…but OVERALL The house is exactly as it presents- cute and clean and comfortable! (Great location too!)
