L'appartement est situé dans un quartier avec des commerces à proximité, supérette, restaurant et la gare ferroviaire ne se trouve pas trop loin en utilisant les ascenseurs !
J'ai séjourner dans l'appartement à une période de fortes chaleurs et je trouve que la climatisation était assez faiblard ou sinon utilisé la fonction booster et le bruit était assez conséquent, je pense qu'il devrait investir dans un nouvelle équipement et surtout le placer à un autre endroit de la pièce !

Közel Monacohoz. A szállás tiszta, az ágy kényelmes. A bejutás személyzet nélküli és jól és egyszerűen működik. A klíma csendes.
Parkolás: csak 2 parkolóhely van, és foglalni kell ezeket a helyeket, amit viszont csak az után lehet, hogyha már a szobát lefoglaltuk. Természetesen nem volt szabad parkoló, és a közeli parkolóházban a parkolás sokkal drágább, mint amit a szállásadó írt-nem hasonló az ár, hanem majdnem a duplája. (15 EUR vs 27 EUR). Az utcai parkolás esélytelen a környéken. Egy kanyarban van a szállás, ezért az összes motoros az ablakok alatt fékez, majd gyorsít. A sötétítő függöny egy vicc, aki nem hoz ide szemtakarót, az a hajnali fényárban úszva fog ébredni. A fürdőszoba nagyon kicsi. A hangszigetelés nagyon gyenge, a folyosó felől minden behallatszik. Bár van kapszulás kávéfőző, de 2 kapszula már nem fért bele az árba, szerintem ez nagyon pitiáner így és ennyiért. Csak hűtőszekrény van, fagyasztó nincs.

Very comfortable big studio, good aircondition, comfortable bed, self-checkin, quiet location, very good price.
We had just issue because adress is saved wrong in booking and in google maps, we were turning with a car again and again .. its: 34 Rue des Martyrs de la Résistance. Do not follow adress from booking.

Good location
Only one yellow chair, only one bedside light, no sharp knife or cooking utensils and the hob wouldn’t stay on!! No instructions and even those we downloaded wouldn’t get it to work.Smallest bathroom I have ever seen and if you were bigger than us-no way could you use!
