Location was excellent it was very clean
No information booklet was found!
No recycling facilities! bin area was locked, no keys to open it! No front door key

The response on the various issues we had with locks, washing machine, wi-fi, extra sheets, dirty barbecue, rubbish area. Too long to explain all the issues. We were 8 and had no laundry machine for 10 days!

1. It is still a roomy and pleasant family rental near the sea with easy parking.
2. We appreciated the blackout blinds for which we had enquired in advance, having been disturbed by the lack of them last time.
3. The new garden table with seating is better . We were able to shift it for badminton.
4. We appreciated again the large fridge , freezer and drinks fridge
1. The stair and lounge carpets are in need of a shampoo
2. The hall walls need touching up
3. The bathroom door is damaged (floods?) and needs a repair
4. The bedside second light in the large bedroom is literally broken and unusable with exposed wires. We reported this on discovery after the first night and no one came to replace or repair it. We were thanked for notification, that is all.
5. There are tea cups but no teapot: response from agents was just that no teapot was provided. Similarly no response came to the observation that the kettle lid no longer opened for filling.
6. We appreciated the milk and packet of Welsh cakes but needed the following more: washing powder, dishwasher powder: the four provided was laughable. There was no kitchen towel or spray cleaner for the surfaces and no toilet cleaner or wiping sponge for any bathroom.
7. The only comfortable bed was the large one. The one in the en-suite room had pinging springs: the other double was uncomfortable; the bunks creaked.
8. We expect pillows in constant use to be protected to stop stale smells but only the big ones had protectors.
9. Although on arrival we notified that no key was available to unlock the utility door, receiving the reassurance that the cleaners would be asked where it was, no answer came all week and we had to use other doors. There was no way of getting into the front door by key either: that was exit only: why?
10. Recycling. There was no outside receptacle for paper or plastics and cans despite the strictures in the house booklet to abide by Pembrokeshire waste sorting. We did not know how to comply or on what day.
11. The garden/beach equipment bins had been dis- assembled.

The house was lovely
The washing machine didn't work properly..
The hidden knife door was hard to find
Could do with an extra on suite ..quing up for bathroom and shower not ideal
