This was a perfect condo close to campus! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive! The condo was clean and check-in was super easy. The beds were very comfortable! Parking right in front of condo was simple, and it is within walking distance of hospital and campus. Great location!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The rental was very affordable, way better than a hotel room, and we loved the cute decor, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, and great natural light. All of the amenities worked perfectly. However, we did have a rough start. Upon arrival, there were a massive amount of dead flies by the sliding glass doors and the coffee maker tank had dried residue/bug eggs inside. Because we had just finished a 20-hour drive, we opted to buy supplies and clean it ourselves rather than wait for a cleaner. The host was incredibly responsive, polite, and apologized for the oversight, explaining it happened while vacant. The rest of the place was perfectly clean, so if they ensure a pre-arrival check in the future, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

The decor inside was ok! The location was convenient. It's pretty run down from the outside. We were excited about the pool but it was chained shut and they didn't let us know it wasn't available. Our kids were so disappointed! The floor looked clean but our feet got filthy after 2 minutes, they have clearly never mopped. There were bugs everywhere, little ants crawling on my computer and in my drink. When I reached out to the management company, they were very polite in their responses and apologetic but suggested I take care of the bugs by doing something with the sink instead of offering to refund some of the money we spent on the place, or sending the pest control straight away. The beds were comfy and the couch pulled out in a cool way but it was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
