We have stayed at this property once before. It is a great home in a great location. Perfect for a visit to Salt Lake City and area. The U is close which is great as we have a son studying there, and it is also close to the restaurants, shops and park in Sugarhouse. Easy access to Park City and the Cottonwood canyons if you are looking to get out of the city.

Roomy house. Very clean with lots of nice features. Backyard was nice. Curious why there is no fence at the back. Communication once checked in was very good. One drawback was that the original listing failed to include over $400 of tax in the "Total" line. Thus our decision to stay here was based on a "Total" price that wasn't accurately listed in either the Tax or Total lines. The "two payments required" that I received after booking did include the accurate total, once you added them up, but the "Total" line is what most people look at when considering a booking. In this case, the number provided was not accurate. This was raised as a concern prior to booking but there was no relief offered.

The house was perfect for us. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and a wonderful swing on the front porch. Private backyard with a bbq allowing us to enjoy each other company in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The stay in this home was perfect, 5 star, highly recommended. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us. The Glenns

Very clean and tidy. Good supplies in kitchen and laundry. Had some desks and living rooms to make work from home easier. We liked the central location to all ski areas and would definitely rent again.

The house is perfect for (3) couples. Great bedrooms/baths on each of the 3 levels. Place we very clean and well stocked for making our own meals. Communication with the property manager was easy and responses quick. Would definitely stay again!
