Loved the location and room itself was good. Tap in bathroom basin needs securing and water flow from basin a bit slow but otherwise good!
It was confusing in locating the premises and not understanding at check in that the accommodation is in the Oaks Hotel building. Was looking for Belle Escapes signs. Also the code lock to access key is eroded from the salt air, so numbers and letters difficult to see.

Location - central to shops and restaurants and the beach
The check-in was from a lock box inside a storeroom - the store-room door lock keys were corroded and one crucial button was illegible. The agent sent a photo with the numbers circled after I had to call due to the instructions not working after several attempts. The agent's service was good, responsive and friendly but I'd suggest they review the lock-box information for greater clarity.

Really lovely location, minutes from the beach, shops and beautiful walks. 30 mins from central Adelaide by tram. Nice pool and gym , balcony space pleasant to sit out on.
Good clear instructions on how to access the property and Belle Escapes who manage the accommodation were responsive and helpful when needed .
Furnishings tired. No where to properly wash dishes as no sink in kitchenette ( collapsable bowl provided which we ended up having to use in the bath) which didn’t feel very hygienic . Safe locked on arrival which we couldn’t use.
Balcony lock loose and tricky to open and close and then wouldn’t open at all. Although this was sorted promptly and a new lock installed by Belle Escapes.
