The location of the hotel is excellent. It's walking distance to all the famous recommended shops, restaurants etc. There are ample elevators in the hotel, altogether 5, so no waiting for ages to get to any floor.
The breakfast food options should be improved.

Room is clean but I had expected a couple more drawers for my clothes personal items.
housekeeping is average
reception/front desk - very helpful, especially the chinese lady, unfortunately I did not get her name
Breakfast, spread not great. Food quality average.
The bed. It's not comfortable.
Noise from the adjoining room - could hear people talking and walking around
