Good location, short walk to old town which was what we wanted since we only stay one night. Staff, particularly security guards were very helpful, particularly helping with directions.
Reception was polite although one didn’t speak English well.
Reception not on ground floor, no one help with bags.

The room is compact but clean and comfortable for the price. No issues on the lobby / reception which is on Level 12, it is well maintained.
The carpark situation is atrocious. They have terrible parking facilities and you are expected to park at an isolated building which about 150m away from the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle to transport you back and forth but certain hours only. It is not practical to have a hotel with such poor parking facilities.
