Wonderful staff. Brian and Julia extremely helpful and the bar staff were lovely too. I had originally booked three days and had to reduce but will definitely stay there again next time I am in CPH.

The decor was beautifully done everywhere from the lobby to the room, it was just lovely. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows excellent. Even the towels were gorgeous, large, thick and soft.
The staff we met were so welcoming and friendly.
The noise from the venue across the road, which thankfully did move indoors at 9pm.
Breakfast a bit of a disappointment, what we had was nice but it did feel like you were sitting in a canteen.

Room wasn’t that clean, no air conditioning, loud to open window, no blackout blinds-sunrise at 3:30am woke up
