Worst arrangement ever

I booked and paid for the room weeks in advance. Right after making the booking, I messaged the landlord to ask for the check-in details but received no response. On the day of check-in, I made multiple phone calls, but no one answered. Eventually, I was informed that the room was no longer available because one of their staff had resigned and failed to reserve it for us. This is a completely unacceptable level of service and reflects very poor management. Although they offered us an alternative Airbnb, it was in a completely different location, which disrupted our travel plans and caused unnecessary inconvenience. If you’re considering booking with this landlord, make sure to confirm that your room is actually available before traveling to the property to avoid the same experience.

Environment and clean

The air conditioning was very poor and the entire place felt extremely hot. It was difficult to sleep comfortably, especially in the hall, as it remained warm throughout the night. Only one room had an air conditioner that was functioning well; the air conditioning in the other areas was ineffective. Even the portable standing air conditioner did not help much in cooling the space. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to use throughout our stay. We hope these issues can be improved so that future guests can enjoy a more comfortable experience.

Bad experience and bad impression toward Penang

None. Totally bad experiences for me and my family staying in this dirty and badly managed homestay.

Dirty, badly managed, toilet and whole house stink, floor is sticky and dirty, bedsheets are dirty. Lobby with broken lift. Basement parking stink with rubbish water. A total bad experience for my Penang trip with family.

Well located. Spacious.

The toiletries only have shampoo. There’s no Kiblat direction for Muslim people to perform prayer.

The staff at the desk were rude, the bed was awful! The gym equipment broken.
