The location was excellent. It is a charming, spacious and nicely renovated property in an old historic building. We booked this accommodation as were travelling with friends and liked the idea of communal areas to hang out together. The Hin Bus Depot is in walking distance, as was a great food court (99 McNair Food Hub) and supermarket at 1st Avenue Mall.
The bed in the ground floor bedroom sagged and was held up with bricks - it should be replaced. The courtyard that comes off the ground bathroom had an old air conditioning unit, boxes and rubbish which was not a good outlook. Drinking water was not provided, or tissues, hand towels and tea/coffee etc.

Werkelijk alles was hier super. Drie prachtige appartementen achter 1 voordeur. We waren met 5 dus het hele huis bezet. Een wasmachine, heerlijke bedden. Alles was top. Daarnaast was de host super attent en hebben ze zelfs onze transfer naar de luchthaven gratis geregeld. Wat een service.

The place is excellent and impressive to look at. Lots of space and good facilities. Each room has a fridge, kitchen area and air cons and fans.
The location has some good facilities around it, but to get to downtown Georgetown is a walk across some busy roads.
