La LIMPIEZA EXCELENTE , el diseño y distribución tal como se ven en fotos: súper bonito. La ubicación no pudo ser mejor, céntrico pero en úna calle tranquila. Y el baño de 10.
Todo muy bien, nada que añadir. Detallazo agua en nevera y cápsulas de café ☺️

El apartamento está genial, muy amplio, cama súper cómoda, almohadas muy agradables, un baño enorme, con una súper bañera, cocina, muy bien ubicado detrás de la calle principal de tiendas, al lado de plaza españa, muy cerca del muelle, a 15 min aprox del intercambiador… un sitio genial para repetir si uno se queda en esta zona
Nada….. tal vez que el portal es un poco difícil de ver y parece que están haciendo obras, con pasillos un poco oscuros…. En cuanto a zonas comunes del inmueble…..

La ubicación es muy buena.
No tiene aire acondicionado; no se puede dormir. Hace un calor extremo y la habitación apenas tiene ventilación. La entrada al edificio está muy dejada y como si estuviera en obras, podría estar más cuidada. No lo recomendaría para estancias en verano, por el tema del aire y el calor durante la noche, que es insoportable.
