The room is relatively new. It was clean, the fridge and ACs worked well.
The kitchen has almost everything except a large bowl for salad.
There is a good terrace, but the view is nothing to talk about.
The TV worked, but as usual, only Greek TV, so no use at all.
The WiFi is stable, ~10 mbit, Starlink. I could watch online TV/YT without problems.
I spent some time on the sofa, which was large enough for me and the laptop :)
It is very close to the beach and the center.
The hosts are very kind and caring and wish to improve and be successful. I wish them luck!
They also showed me their other building with even better rooms.
There was a problem with the plastic toilet seat, it was brand new, but very uncomfortable. I had to put a towel on the back to use it. The host took the problem seriously and promised to change it (we were just for 2 nights).
The whole apartment is divided to bedroom and kitchen and this is wasting some space. I really missed a kitchen table.
I was unlucky to make the coffee machine work, but they showed me how to do it finally :)
The bathroom was not very pleasant, compared to all other places I have been.

The terrace was amazing, and the whole apartment was perfect. It was small but had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—it felt just like sleeping on my own mattress. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Location is close to the beach. The town is small so everything is reachable by foot max 10 mins. Host was super helpful with the recommendation where to eat. There is place 2 mins where you can have super breakfast for max 5-6 euros. Place is comfortable and clean which most important. Good for short stay.

Very good location with shop and restaurants in minutes walk.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
For 5 nights the flat wasn’t cleaned or the beds changed.
There were kitchen, coffee machine but no cups, I asked and the staff brings two.
Also the kitchen is not fully equipped.
