Bedroom/bathroom v comfortable.
Public rooms very sterile.
We paid a premium for all inclusive: 'all meals, selected drinks '.
On checking out, we were billed for our evening meal, c. 60 Euro, which we refused to pay.
This caused embarrassment on all sides. And took c. 30 minutes to resolve.
Also, only 3 out of 5 restaurants were available.
And the food in our evening meal did not meet the menu description I.e. there were no potatoes or mushrooms provided in a steak dinner. Alternatives were delivered, without any explanation.
All staff were extremely pleasant, across the board.
But there is disconnect/mis-understanding between what is being sold/offered on-line and actually delivered.
