The property is quite big and modern. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equiped. Deserts are delicious and the variety is amazing.

We didn’t realise that the all inclusive here means almost all inclusive. We didn’t drink any alcohol so we hoped to enjoy fresh juice by the water since it was almost 40 degrees but fresh juice isn’t included and the only fresh juice you can get if you pay extra is orange juice..very disappointed. Staff providing drinks, waffles and ice cream speak almost no English making it very hard to order something and there are no drinks menus or labels on ice creams so it’s hard to know what’s on offer. We tried to order waffles but we’re told it’s closed so we got some ice cream. Few hours later we saw there were people eating some so we ordered some and the person right after us asked and was told it was now closed? This was in the middle of the day so no idea how that operated. There is only one food place available in between buffet meals all the other restaurants sit empty because they’re not included in the price you pay.

Everything was very nice, clean, definitely worth the money.

Not so many vegetarian/vegan dishes.

The hotel deserves 7 stars. Everything is at the highest level. And the team is beyond praise. If there was a rating for Booking above 10, then I would rate it with great joy. Prosperity to this hotel and happiness to its employees.

Bedroom/bathroom v comfortable. Public rooms very sterile.

We paid a premium for all inclusive: 'all meals, selected drinks '. On checking out, we were billed for our evening meal, c. 60 Euro, which we refused to pay. This caused embarrassment on all sides. And took c. 30 minutes to resolve. Also, only 3 out of 5 restaurants were available. And the food in our evening meal did not meet the menu description I.e. there were no potatoes or mushrooms provided in a steak dinner. Alternatives were delivered, without any explanation. All staff were extremely pleasant, across the board. But there is disconnect/mis-understanding between what is being sold/offered on-line and actually delivered.

Great hotel,great food plenty of choices. We definitely recommend !!! Quality drinks,indoor pool with great size. Great resort with plenty of space . Very big rooms !!!!

All the buffet meals were very tasty with a very good selection although the hot dishes could have been a lot hotter. The catering department staff's English was not great but then I don't speak Turkish! The valet parking was a boon. Our room was beautifully decorated for our wedding anniversary.

The dinner plates were cold but the staff did warm them when asked. We were staying off season so the International restaurants were not open, which was disappointing.

Our Christmas evening was totally spoiled. It turns out there was a Christmas Eve dinner, where guests of the hotel needed to make a reservation in advance, but nobody informed us about it. So we came to the dinner and were refused entrance. We came to the reception to discuss about the situation and were told that guest relationship manager will come soon. We waited in the lobby for 1. 5 hour and only after several reminders the manager finally came. He told us that they finally found a space in the restaurant for us, but after waiting for 1.5 hour we didn’t want to attend this dinner anymore. So we asked to cancel the whole booking of ours and asked for a refund. The manager agreecd to return money only for the second night. The attitude to the visitors shouldn’t be like this at such (considered to be) high level hotel. Also spent 30 mins for listening the Tarek’s (customer relations manager) explanations that they were advertising this gala dinner in insta and on their site. But forgot the most simplest thing - to send the “pay attention” email🤷‍♂️ to sum up - we’ve waited 1.5 hours in the lobby on Christmas Eve, received refund only for 1 night and had to move to another hotel at 10 pm. There was no even attempt to do any kind of “sorry” gesture. Basically we’ve paid 200 euro for the room where we didn’t even unwrap the slippers - total disaster!!! And taking into consideration that we’ve booked 2 rooms for us and our friends so we’ve paid for this unforgettable Christmas experience 400 euro!
