Location was good. Only 50m from the beach. Shops, cafes , bars and restaurants were all close.
The room needs some up keep. The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom, curtains were falling off the tracks and not very clean. We moved the bed by accident as it was in wheels and there was dirt and rubbish underneath it. We couldn’t get any Chanel’s in the tv.

The apartment is in an amazing location, just next to a tram stop, convenience store below, 5min walk to the main strip, amazing view, easy beach access, comfy beds and lovely bathroom.
Not much to fault, however the underneath of the beds seem to need a bit more attention when cleaned.

- Location is fantastic - a couple min walk to the beach.
- The tram is across the road, 2 min walk, and the tram is great to get around the Gold Coast.
- The company looking after this property were fantastic with all requests.
- No carpark on property.
