Location is great.
Had to pay for car parking. The staff didnt tell me about the $25 for o/night parking, saying it was $35 a day and to park across the road in the council park for free o/night. Cabinet storing fridge and drawers really need replacing as the drawers dont close and the fridge door is rotten and wont close. Fridge NEEDS a darn good clean out.

Nice hotel with convenient location to the main beach and surfers paradise shops. Our keypass didnt include gym access. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom were clean. Nice partial view of the ocean.

We liked the location, and the staff member that helped us after we resolved the room mixup.
Prior to checking in, we enquired about parking (vehicle height) but never got a response; ended up paying extra for parking off premises. Checking into the hotel did not follow standard procedure; we had to go to the convenience store next door to unlock a lockbox for our room keys. Agent originally gave wrong key number upon arrival. Shower head in our bathroom is broken. Did not provide enough body wash. No streaming available on TV.
