거의 모든 관광지와 버스로10~15분 거리였던것 같아요.여름휴가 7박중 2번의 저녁시간을 빈시청음악회감상을 할만큼 가깝고 좋았어요. 사진처럼 숙소는 깨끗하고 안락했고, 거의 모든 주방기구와 기본 조미료들이 구비되있었고 슈퍼도 3개나 바로 근처에 있었어요. 현지인 맛집 아이스크림집도 꽤 가까워 1주일간 비엔나 시민으로 편안히 즐겼어요. 더운 날이였지만 수돗물이 얼음물처럼 시원했고, 집은 시원했어요. 식세기와 세탁건조기도 무척 유용하게 사용했고, 1층의 빵집빵이 맛있어 매일 관광지로 나설때마다 딸과 빵쇼핑을 즐겼어요. 아파트 입구는 빵집을 마주보고 오른편에 있는 깔끔한 자동문이였어요.
탈착식 에어컨이 있어 열린 창문으로 도로의 소음이 좀 있어요. 특히 경찰순찰차의 싸이렌 소리가 커서 좀 힘들었어요. 집이 시원해서 창문을 닫으니 조용하고 좋았어요

very clean fully equipped apartment, close to the tram stop;
it would be nice if the owner offered parking place, that is assigned to the apartment and situated down in the building, without additional payment...

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. We traveled with a year-old so I really appreciate having the crib and baby dishes and utensils. Also, I really loved that there were oil, pepper, salt and other basic things like that. It makes it so much easier to cook during a short stay. There are several supermarkets nearby (one next to the building and one just across the street). I also liked that there was a small backyard where my kid could play. The bed in the bedroom was very comfy, the sofa in the living room not so much, but it didn't bother me that much. The apartment is close to many public transportation lines, which makes it really easy to reach many places from it. The host was great and I loved the self-check-in option. There were 3 of us (adults) and a baby and there was enough room for all of us.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich vor der Türe und die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch gut. Der Kontakt war auch sehr nett!
